The trend that is INDIA.

India is my country. all Indians are my brothers and sisters........ In 10 years of my school life everyday i revised my national oath. That made very little sense then, but some part of me trusted that India is great, even though not the greatest but will be,some day. is that dream or should i say fantasy coming true? does India 's future looks like its golden past? are we seeing the glimpses of the country that will be the power house of 21st century?

well, obviously i m not going to discuss the economic and political views of progressing India and in no way i am capable of. lets bring some light on people of future India. as reported by US, India is the 3rd most powerful nation on the globe. sure you know that because that was my facebook status few days ago and half of readership of this blog come from my friendliest. so the point is,how? the only thing we heard of that India topped excluding cricket was population list. well, yes that is the most of the reason India managed to reach this stage. India got the human resource, not just enough of it, but excess of it. it is the most basic ingredient for any task. if you need the proof, just scoop though the us report. who's 2nd? its china, our only unbeaten opponent in race of reproduction of human resource. how do we symbolize a nation, by its people. imagine Greece, i bet you see a man with white circular crown standing besides a roman palace. Chinese, hard working people who can barely look through their small eyes. African, negro people in the woods. change in countrymen implies changes in the country. i wonder what has changed with us, and what will? i guess not much and i don't want much.

The thing i am referring to is preserving an identity. it is that which makes you special. India is always known for its cultural heritage and fascinating history of king and kingdoms. this should be the one of most common statement you hear while reading about India. may be because thats the best we had. not any more, castles turned into sky scrappers, battlegrounds turned into IT firms and power industries. still there are lot of things we did not let go off, they were worth preserving. The people here don't get happy with arrival of autumn, they wait for diwali and eid. we celebrate with people, we share share our joy and sorrow with people, we live in real society. The young generation might think the other way, but i m sure our roots aren't that feeble to be cut by western waves. as long as we don't change India wont change. even if we touch the skies, and no doubt we will,we are bound to remain down to earth, down to MOTHER INDIA.

when i talk about traditions, eliminate those ones which made us ashamed of ourselves, those ones which were made by some selfish people for sake of their own good and those ill fated incidences which made enemies of each other. there are some strings which are pulling us back, but we will overcome our flaws. 63 years since birth of free and democratic India, we have come a long way. we never tried to washed our trails, while chasing the future. with more than one fourth population still Below Poverty Line, we are no. 3. you never know what will happen when 1.1 billion Indians come alive. watch upon us world, here we come...
